Your STAR Card (Gift Card) entitles you, as a subscriber, to ONE of the following options as indicated to you upon your in-person registration:

• OPTION 1: One or Two additional devices (Depending on promotion at the time of subscription and payment)
• OPTION 2: Cash Back of $2500.00 TTD
• OPTION 3: Fixed-line Internet Services From Our Partners 
• OPTION 4: Mobile Data & VoIP Services From Our Partners 

Other options such as flyer points that can be used to pay for stays at regional/ international hotels, flights and vacation stays will be added to your options in the coming weeks.

This Gift Card Is A Supplemental To Your Subscription Contract And Subject To The Following Terms:

Please take a moment to read and understand the terms and conditions that apply to your gift card. 

1. Gift Card Redemption:

Your STAR- The BLUE Network Gift Card can be redeemed to acquire select internet services and products offered by us. However, please note that the redemption of your gift card is subject to the following terms: Your subscription payments for our services must be made on time and in accordance with the subscription terms. 

In the event of failure to make any subscription payment when due, the gift card becomes void and non-redeemable. If, for any reason, the internet services available for redemption are canceled or unavailable due to reasons or faults not caused by us, you may be eligible for a full or partial cash back, as unused by the subscriber. 

2. Gift Card Redemption Timing:

As part of our commitment to fairness and preventing misuse, we've established a redemption policy based on subscription fulfillment. 

Please note the following: For subscribers who adhere to the 24-month subscription without any breach of contract regarding payments, devices and cash backs are redeemable at the end of the subscription period. 

3. Fair-Use Policy:

Our terms of use policy is in place to ensure a balanced and respectful relationship between subscribers and the company. It aims to prevent abuse of our services and resources while providing subscribers with maximum value. 

We're here to provide you with unparalleled service and products, and we appreciate your understanding of these terms. By utilizing your STAR- The BLUE Network Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined herein. 

4. Subscription Payment Obligations and Remedies:

At STAR- The BLUE Network, we value our subscribers and are committed to delivering exceptional services. 

To ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial partnership, please note the following terms: 

Subscribers are required to make timely payments in accordance with their subscription contract. Delays in payments may result in service disruptions and the potential voiding of your gift card redemption. In the event that subscription payments are not made on time, the full outstanding amount for the entire subscription term will become immediately due and payable. 

We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover any unpaid subscription fees, as well as the devices provided under the subscription agreement. This may include, but is not limited to, taking legal action to recover both the devices and the full amount due. 

In the pursuit of recovering unpaid subscription fees and devices, we may authorize bailiffs to act on our behalf. This is to ensure compliance with the terms of the subscription agreement and to protect the interests of both the company and our valued subscribers. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage subscribers to communicate with us if they anticipate any challenges in meeting their payment obligations. 

By adhering to the terms of your subscription agreement, you help us maintain the quality of our services and the integrity of our partnerships.
