The Greedy Card program is designed to reward our customers with exclusive points and bonuses for their purchases. To ensure fair usage and maintain the sustainability of the program, the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Points Redemption for Devices
- Bonus points earned through Greedy Card purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for the redemption of GREEDY devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets, earbuds, etc.).
- All accumulated points, including bonuses, can be redeemed for GREEDY devices at any time.
2. Cash Redemption
- No more than 50% of accumulated points (exclusive of bonus points) can be redeemed for cash.
- Cash redemption can only occur once before your 10th purchase and once after your 20th purchase.
3. Top-Up Redemption
- Accumulated points (including bonus points) can be redeemed for mobile top-ups once after your 5th purchase, 10th purchase, and twice after your 20th purchase.
- No more than 50% of accumulated points, including bonuses, may be used for top-up redemptions during these periods.
4. Refund Policy
- Greedy Cards are non-refundable once top-ups have been successfully sent to the designated mobile number.
- All refund requests are subject to a 10% fee, applied to cover any incurred costs during online reimbursements.
5. Point Transfers
- GREEDY Points cannot be transferred to another mobile number or customer account.
6. Eligibility
- Greedy Cards are only available to customers using the Bmobile infrastructure. Please note, STAR is not affiliated with Bmobile.
7. Program Sustainability
- These terms and conditions are implemented to ensure fair usage of gifts and rewards and to prevent abuse, supporting the long-term sustainability of the Greedy Card program.
8. Policy Changes
- This policy is subject to review and change without notice, depending on changes in market prices and conditions.
STAR reserves the right to refuse any individual access to devices via the BLUE Top Up Card subscription offer for any reason. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Poor or unresolved debt/credit history
- Unstable or irregular income
- Lack of sufficient proof of income
- Employment by unrecognized or unverified companies
STAR is under no obligation to provide an explanation for a refusal decision.
Customers who do not meet the requirements or who are denied access to devices through the subscription offer may still obtain devices by purchasing BLUE Mobile Top Up Cards. By accumulating enough points through these purchases, customers can redeem points for devices through the Points Catalog.
By participating in the Greedy Card program, customers agree to these terms. STAR remains committed to providing value to our customers while maintaining a balanced and sustainable rewards program.
