Customers acknowledge and agree that STAR is not a telecommunications provider and does not hold a telecommunications license.

2.2. Collaborative Network:
STAR operates as a network of licensed telecommunications providers, device manufacturers, and service partnersworking collaboratively to deliver a seamless, high-quality connectivity and device experience to consumers.

2.3. Third-Party Operations:
Telecommunications services, including but not limited to mobile data, SIM cards, and connectivity, are provided by licensed operators and authorized third parties. STAR functions as the integrator, distributor, and coordinator of these services to ensure accessibility, quality, and innovation for all customers.

2.4. Limitation of Liability:
STAR and Happy Sunny Group assume no responsibility for service outages, interruptions, or failures caused by the independent operations of telecommunications license holders or third-party partners.

2.5. Transparency:
By entering into any agreement, the customer confirms full understanding of STAR’s role as a service network and aggregator, and not a direct telecommunications carrier.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting your personal information in full compliance with global data protection standards, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and other international frameworks.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1. Binding Nature:
All subscriptions, memberships, or contracts with Happy Sunny Group or its affiliates are legally binding and governed by irrevocable salary deductions for the duration of the agreement.

4.2. Irrevocable Salary Deductions:
By entering into a subscription, you authorize your employer and/or payroll provider to deduct agreed amounts directly from your salary for the entire contract term.

4.3. Standing Orders:
Standing orders or recurring payments via bank transfer will not be accepted, unless the customer or organization has received prior written approval from Happy Sunny Group.

4.4. Duration and Renewal:
Subscriptions remain active for the term specified in the agreement and may be renewed or extended with mutual consent.

4.5. Default or Breach:
Failure to meet payment obligations or breach of any provision of these Terms will result in the immediate forfeiture of all privileges, including gift certificates and rewards, and may trigger legal remedies to recover losses or outstanding balances.

5. Gift Certificates & Incentives

5.1. Gift certificates, digital rewards, and incentives are discretionary benefits issued by Happy Sunny Group and remain its property until properly redeemed.

5.2. These items hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred unless expressly authorized in writing.

5.3. Breach Consequence:
Any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services will result in automatic cancellation and voiding of all gift certificates, benefits, or credits.

5.4. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for recovery of losses caused by fraudulent activity, misuse, or contract breach.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
